Surprise! Surprise!

Sharon Claye Vitality Kit 2015-02-01Surprise!  Surprise!  A visit to the Bloomfield Hills Library (btw, if you haven’t visited, you definitely need to – they are the best!) revealed a wealth of info to help older adults! You can check out these awesome “Vitality Kits”, which are a collection of books and DVD’s to promote good health.  Much to Sharon’s surprise when she checked out the Vitality Kit entitled “Fall Prevention Resources”, inside she discovered a copy of “The Six-Step Balance System” by Dr. Betty Perkins-Carpenter – the balance plan I am currently teaching at senior centers in the area!  Like she said, “the Bloomfield Hills Library carries only THE BEST!!!”  See Class Schedules
